Commuter-$360, Resident- $435***
Registration
Overnight Camper: $435 Price includes all camp sessions, lodging, and meals.
Commuter Camper: $360 Price includes all camp sessions, Dinner on July 9th, lunch and dinner on July 10th & 11th. (No lodging)
Group Rate: Group rate for groups of eight or more. Registrations must be sent in same envelope. Click here for Group Rate Mail-In Registration.
*LATE FEE: a $20 per-person additional fee will be added to all registrations after July 1, 2012.
**No overnight registrations will be accepted after the July 1, 2012 deadline. The commuter option will remain available

Sample Daily Schedule
7am: Wake up
7:30am: Breakfast
9-11am: Session I: Fundamental Skills
11am-12pm: Staff/camper game
12-1pm: Lunch
2-4pm: Session II: Team Concepts
5-6pm: Dinner
6-8pm: Team Games
10:30pm: Lights out

Check-in Information
Overnight and Commuter campers will check in at the Centennial Court B dorms. More information will come in your confirmation letter.
General Camp Information
Supervision: Campers will be supervised by the coaching staff and counselors at all times.
First Aid Providers: There will be a first aid provider on duty at all camp sessions.
Insurance: Primary coverage is the responsibility of each camper and her parent(s)/guardian(s). KSU has purchased secondary insurance for each participant that will cover over and above the participant’s primary coverage.
Medical Forms: Each camper must bring with them the completed Medical Care and Hold Harmless Forms. These can be downloaded at www.kentstatecamps.com.
Enrollment: Send your application in early to reserve a spot! Full payment must accompany the completed application form.
Camp Store: We will provide a camp store stocked with Kent State apparel, field hockey gear and light snacks and Powerade will be available for purchase at the camp store along with other Field Hockey and Kent State gear.
Cancellation / Refund: Your camp fee, less a $30.00 non-refundable administrative fee, will be refunded without question if you cancel before July 1, 2012. At any time after that date, a refund less a $30.00 administrative fee will be made for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a signed
medical statement from your physician. If no request for cancellation is made before camp begins, no refund will be given, including no-shows.
Late Fee: A $20.00 per person additional late fee will be added to all applications postmarked after July 1, 2012.
Location: All sessions will be held on the state-of-the-art Murphy-Mellis Field Hockey Stadium. This field features a turf playing surface and one of the country’s premier watering systems. Transportation will be provided to and from the field, residence halls, and dining hall.
